Do I need an external camera?+
No. Lumatrack S has a built-in camera. Just mount the unit, connect it to your network, and you're ready to track.
Can I use it only for followspot?+
No, you can use it with anything supporting PSN. For example, disguise D3 server, MA Lighting consoles, Chamsys, and other PSN-compatible systems.
Can it track multiple performers?+
Lumatrack S can track up to two performers simultaneously. For larger scenarios, consider using multiple units or our upcoming Lumatrack M.
What are the power requirements?+
Lumatrack S is powered over Ethernet (PoE). A single network cable supplies both data and power — no separate adapter required.
Does it work in low light conditions?+
Lumatrack performs best in standard stage lighting. Extreme low-light or strobe-heavy environments may affect tracking accuracy.
